Claims for damaged, wrongly printed or defective items must be submitted within 20 days after the product has been received.

Claims for packages which are lost in transit must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. We cover expenses for returns on errors we made.

A return address will be included in your package. We do not accept returns as a result of remorse buying.

In the event the wrong address is used by you.

If a supplied address is insufficient for the delivery of the package, it will be returned to the fulfillment centre. In this case, you will incur the cost of re-shipment.

Personalised Product Return

We cannot accept returns on personalised products unless some error was made by us.
